Water

Water is two hydrogen atoms attached to an oxygen atom. Few molecules are smaller. Yet we are two-thirds water and require it to live — life as we know it could not evolve without water. This open call gathers photo essays, poetry, film and visual work exploring water as memory, ritual, survival, identity and force.

Submissions are closed. The call stays on the site until January 2027.
